My son, Robby Spencer, 34, with two young boys, has been diagnosed with colon cancer that has metastasized to his liver and lungs. He lives in Cape Girardeau, MO and will need help with living expenses, medical bills, and the numerous trips he will have to make to St. Louis for treatments.
