If you know the Parrish family, you already know they’re the kind of people who always show up when someone is in need. They have poured love, generosity, and Support into so many lives, and now, it’s our turn to be there for them.
Over the past two years, Robbie has faced one devastating medical challenge after another. What started as complications from neuropathy and type 2 diabetes led to vascular disease, stent placements, and a bypass surgery in 2023. Following that procedure, he suffered a heart attack that revealed multiple blocked arteries. Once healed, he was to undergo a carotid cleanout and open-heart surgery. He coded prior to opening his chest, and after five rounds of CPR, Robbie pulled through as a true fighter.
Doctors later performed a TAVR (aortic valve replacement) and additional stent placements. Unfortunately, his vascular surgery failed, which led to a toe amputation and then a below-the-knee amputation of his left leg a little over a year ago.
Now, in 2025, just as Robbie was adapting to life with his new prosthetic, he’s endured yet another blow: the amputation of his right leg. Through all of this, his spirit, humor, and determination have never wavered.
The family faces an overwhelming road ahead physically, emotionally, and financially. Medical costs, home modifications for accessibility, and rehabilitation expenses continue to pile up. But if you’ve ever met Robbie, you know giving up simply isn’t in his nature.
Let’s rally behind this incredible family, the ones who’ve lifted so many others, and help lift them this time. Every prayer, donation, and share makes a difference.
Support does not have to be monetary; say a prayer, or stop by and send some love their way.
Let’s show Robbie and his family the same love they’ve shown to everyone around them.
