When you hear the name Junior, you think of someone who lights up a room—always smiling, with a deep, contagious laugh that makes any moment feel like a good one. He’s quick-witted, full of unforgettable one-liners that leave you wondering where he comes up with them, and above all, he’s the kind of person who is a friend to everyone he meets.
Now, Junior is facing something none of us ever expected. On March 20, he was admitted to the hospital with a suspected cancer diagnosis. After two long weeks in the hospital, he was diagnosed with leukemia. Since then, his life has changed dramatically.
Junior is now facing an uncertain road ahead. He is unable to work for an unknown amount of time and is dealing with intense pain in his hip that makes even walking and moving extremely difficult. As he begins this fight, he needs the support of everyone who knows and loves him—and even those who are just getting to know his story.
