Support Roatan's Students with New Desks

Hi, we are the Roatan Pickleball Club, and for over four years now, we have been sharing the athletic courts of the Thomas B. McField School in Flowers Bay, Roatan.

When we first approached the school and education authorities, they were open and welcoming and allowed us to mark out three courts on the basketball and soccer courts.

At that time, the school was falling into disrepair and desperately needed renovating or rebuilding, which, with the support of the local authorities, is exactly what happened.

The result was the best school facility on the island of Roatan, and in the process, they resurfaced the courts.

Now, we would like to repay the school for their hospitality and buy as many new desk/chairs as we can to furnish the classrooms.

Each desk/chair costs US$50, and we are committing to buy at least 40. With your help, we would like to double that number, if not more.

We have over 1000 followers on our Facebook page, and we have many members and drop-in guests throughout the year. If we all donated at least $20, we could equip all the classrooms in the school.
