Support RJ's Journey to Restore His Career

Hello, my name is Sarah and My boyfriend’s name is RJ. RJ is a very talented and growing photographer/videographer here in the low country of South Carolina. He has his own business called Be Visual Productions, where he not only makes sports content for schools, he makes content for small businesses, weddings and so much more! He also loves to connect with other small creators to help them grow their businesses as well. If you follow along with sports content here in Charleston, you may have seen his work with places like the South Carolina Stingrays, Wando High School, Berkeley High School, etc. His business has currently been running for more than 4 years.

Tonight on Wednesday, June 25th, we went out to eat for dinner at Red Crab in North Charleston, and when we were finished and began walking out to his car, we noticed the truck next to us got his car broken into, and unfortunately RJs car as well, including another truck. He had his camera bag in the back seat with all of his equipment in it, including his camera which got stolen. Everything worth more than $10,000 in this camera bag. His whole career just took 50 steps back. I know what you’re thinking, why did he have it in the car? He usually brings it in the house, but since i was already outside ready to go, he just decided to not put it in the house since we were just gonna grab a quick bite out.

Since it’s the summer, and he mainly does sports for schools, there’s not much content he can make, but he would still have shoots to do here and there, which means he also won’t have any source of his main income since all of his equipment is gone. He doesn’t have insurance on any of the equipment as well, so there’s not much the police could do. So I am here to ask a huge favor to everyone. I have no idea how to comfort or help him in this situation, which lead me to start this gofundme. Anything will help start his business back up so he can continue to help make content for schools and small businesses. I know he will really appreciate everyone’s donations. Thank you
