My name is RJ Luddy and I am from Holden, MA. I have recently been diagnosed with cancer for the second time in my life. I hope to raise funds for my medical treatment and to take stress off my parents' shoulders.

I grew up in central Massachusetts with two sisters as well as my two loving parents. I graduated from the University of Alabama this past spring and was planning to start working in Boston this fall. For the past eight years, I have been caddying on Martha's Vineyard. I love the game of golf and plan on playing as much as I can during treatment before winter comes. On Saturdays, you will find me cheering for the Crimson Tide or anyone playing Auburn.

Four years ago, I was originally diagnosed with neuroblastoma. I had a few months of chemotherapy before tumor removal surgery. I was fully healthy in remission until a few weeks ago. I am scheduled to start chemotherapy again within a week of the time of this posting. I will also be receiving stem cells, radiation, and immunotherapy. In total, my treatment will take close to a year to complete, but hopefully, I have good reactions to the medicine and end early.

This is only a small setback in my life.
