Hi, this fundraiser is for my aunt, Riza Gutierrez, who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer stage 2B in the Philippines, and we’re knocking on your good heart to help her with her medical bills. She is a single mom with two kids (ages 19 & 13) and she is currently unemployed due to her health condition.

She noticed that there was a lump on her breast way back in September of 2024. Due to a busy schedule with work, she only got the chance to make an appointment to see a doctor this early January. The doctor advised her to get an ultrasound, and after that, she had a Core Needle Biopsy last February. In March, the results showed that she has Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Stage 2B. They advised her to make sure that she’s keeping herself healthy because she will undergo chemotherapy, then surgery, and after that, she needs to undergo another chemotherapy treatment.

She already started her chemotherapy journey this May 7th, and she had her 2nd cycle recently on Wednesday, the 28th. She still needs to do 6 more cycles before her surgery.
