I want to partake in a management training program called Atlas. I was introduced by someone I love dearly and I felt called to action. Right now my twin sister is fighting a battle against lymphoma. I live with her and have to take on a caretaking role. It almost feels like too weird of a time to turn inwards and focus on self improvement but I am certain that this training program will open new doors for me, help me break free from generational cycles, and show up for the people I love. I am a conscious person who values loving, learning all the time, occasionally dancing, and treating everyone with love and compassion. I practice yoga, buddhism/meditation and a big part of my day job (recruiting) is coaching individuals through difficult and at times, stressful life decisions. I think this leadership program will help me hone my craft.

The Atlas program and related travel expenses are a significant investment. I am able to fund half of this myself, but I need support to raise the other half so I can participate in this opportunity for growth and learning.

One of the principles I live by is that we are constantly transforming and should do so with curiosity, intention, and for the benefit of those around us. In my 25 years, I've faced challenges and suffering, but I've learned that everyone finds their own way out. I know this is the next step for me—to break down my own walls, question my limiting beliefs, and transform into the person I am meant to be. I would appreciate anything you can offer, even if it's just sharing my story. Please practice love and compassion radically, and when you see yourself transform, share your story and your love. Love is abundant and should be given freely.
