Hello, My our names are Rissa and Tyler and we are the parents of 2 beautiful children. Our newest edition to the world was born with a heart condition called atrial septal defect. This is pretty much a hole in the heart. My son‘s hole is so big that his heart is regurgitating. The regurgitation is causing the hole to become weaker and causing more problems. Therefore, our 8 month old needs heart surgery sooner than we anticipated. Thankfully, we do have good insurance for him and medical bills are not the issue. I am a stay at home. Mom and my fiancé works very hard to support our family and keep a roof over our head. The surgery will be nine hours away from where we live so we are just asking for help so that we can have hotel to stay at food, gas traveling fences in general. I have reached out to the Ronald McDonald house as a possibility of somewhere to stay however, they informed me that they have been extremely booked and that it’s not a guarantee we will be on that list.
