Support Rising Tiger's Permanent Home

After 4 years as a pop-up, we have finally found ourselves a permanent home for Rising Tiger. Nestled, of course, in our ever-growing Longmont!

This ideal space and location are perfect for a quick bite or for you to pull up a chair and get cozy with us for the day. We can't wait to show y'all the evolution of our little business. Opening a restaurant is no easy task, especially these days. But after all the sleepless nights, some downs & ups, we are pursuing our lifelong dream of turning Rising Tiger from a little farmers market stand to a community cornerstone! We're excited to bring a new expanded menu, add on a robust Asian-inspired coffee/tea program, and not to mention beer, wine & sake!

We are aiming for an early spring 2025 opening date! That's right, just around the corner! But you guessed it, we're here to ask for just a little help over the finish line. Any amount helps; we could never have even gotten this far without you. Your contribution will go towards:

I could have never thought this was possible. I can't even touch on how surreal all of this is, to be the first entrepreneur of an immigrant family and to finally submerse myself into a community I call home. Longmont, you have welcomed me and my family with open arms and a tremendous amount of love. I could never express the gratitude I truly have. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
