Support Rio's Urgent Medical Needs

Hi my name is Tyler Gonzales and I am starting a fundraiser to help pay for my cats medical procedures. My cats name is Rio. We adopted Rio in Fall of 2018 and I remember crying of excitement when my mom first showed me him. Ever since then, Rio has been my best friend through thick and thin. He has been with me through a lot of life events and I will forever love him more than anything. About a week ago my mom noticed that Rio was acting lethargic and he wasn’t eating or moving. We took him to the emergency vet and they had no answer and sent us home. We were hoping it was just a stomach bug but throughout the week he did not get better, and if anything he got worse. Fast forward to yesterday and my mom took Rio to the vet and he got blood work (which we can’t even afford). Today the blood results came back and they are showing that Rio has anemia and his results came back critical. The vet believes that blood transfusion is the best option but it’s something we can’t afford as we are currently experiencing a housing issue and we need the little money we have for that. I would extremely appreciate any donation. Today has been a nightmare and it doesn’t feel real. Rio is my everything and he is only 5 years old. He does not deserve to leave this earth so young. I don’t know how I can live without him.
