Help Ringo Fight Cancer: A Fundraiser for my Beloved Schnauzer

Dear friends and family,

I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart, great humility, but hopeful spirit as I face a challenging journey with my beloved 6-year-old Schnauzer, Ringo. Recently, it was discovered that Ringo had 2 plum-sized tumors in his intestines. One of the tumors removed was already attached to his pancreas, and although we don't yet know how aggressive it is, the tumors were in fact cancerous. Two sections of his intestines had to be severed and re-attached during the removal of the tumors. This ordeal has obviously been devastating and stressful these past few weeks.

Ringo is a spirited little guy with a personality that brightens even the darkest days. Whether he's chasing birds in the yard or snuggling on the couch, he brings so much happiness to me and my family. He and his brother, Compa, Mom's dog, came into our lives in a time of need and quickly became our saviors, helping us heal with the passing of my father.

Unfortunately, Ringo's diagnosis has left me with the difficult decision of pursuing treatment to give him the best chance at a longer, healthier life.

The cost of Ringo's treatment, including surgery, hospital visits/stay, medications, and future cancer treatment, is beyond any price that I could've imagined at 10K and rising with each follow-up and next step(s). I am seeking your support to help cover these expenses so I can provide Ringo with the care he deserves.
