Recent flooding in LeRoy has led to several residents left with severe damage to their homes. Riley had his basement completely flooded to the floor joists which has caused the foundation to crumble and fall in, among damaging the hvac plumbing, water heater, and furnace. With no flood insurance (with costs an exorbitant amount to add on) he is left to the clean up and restructuring of his home.
