I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who has donated, shared, or simply reached out with love and support for Riley and me. Your kindness has truly carried us through an incredibly difficult time.

Unfortunately, I believe we’re getting close to the time for Riley to transition. Her strength and spirit have been unbelievable, but her body is starting to show that she’s tired. I’m trying to prepare myself to help her pass peacefully at home, surrounded by love and comfort — the same way she’s surrounded me with unconditional love for over eight years.

As many of you know, I’m still in a very difficult financial position, and I could really use help to make sure Riley’s transition is as gentle and dignified as possible. That includes the cost of in-home euthanasia and aftercare, so she can be in the place she feels safest — home.

If you’re able to contribute or share the campaign again, I would be so deeply grateful. Every bit helps to give Riley the peace she deserves and helps me say goodbye in the most loving way possible.
