I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart to share my younger brother’s recent diagnosis of acute leukemia. He has been diagnosed with this aggressive form of cancer that requires intensive treatments, including chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and a bone marrow stem cell transplant.

Riley is at the City of Hope Cancer Center in California and will be there for the next several months undergoing these treatments.

As a family, we are devastated by this news, but we are determined to fight alongside him every step of the way. The burden of fighting leukemia, coupled with the stress of financial hardships, weighs heavily on his shoulders.

Despite his resilience and courage, he faces an uphill battle on multiple fronts. We are reaching out to our community for support during this difficult time.

Compounding this already dire situation, my brother has been plagued by health challenges over the past two years. He has been in and out of the hospital due to surgeries removing blood clots throughout his body.

This has rendered him unable to work and earn a living. As a result, he finds himself in a precarious financial position, struggling to meet his current bills and expenses without any savings to fall back on.
