Support Rifrullo Café's Revamp

Hi, my name is Colleen Suhanosky. I am the owner of Rifrullo Cafe in Brookline, and I’m fundraising to make renovations to improve my business. At Rifrullo we've made it our mission to serve and support our community as best as we can through sustainable business practices. We care so deeply about the impact we have on our community, on the environment, and on every individual’s life. It’s a privilege to be able to make connections with people all day long, and we hope to optimize these opportunities to show people how much one person can do to minimize their carbon footprint and make the world a better, cleaner, more beautiful place. One of our first projects will be installing an induction stove, as opposed to the natural gas stove we currently use. Gas stoves in the United States, over the course of one year, have a climate impact equal to that of 500,000 cars. We want to make certain that the food we’re serving is made as ethically and thoughtfully as possible. We’re also hoping to utilize space behind the barista counter better, which will include installing refrigeration beneath the counters. We hope to greatly improve the kitchen workspace, providing our kitchen staff with safer, improved working conditions. We’re hoping to revamp the dining room and give every customer the best dining experience that we can. But we can’t do it all without your help. Will you help Rifrullo become the best that it can be?
