Support Ricky's Fight for Camila's Custody

Hi my name is Ricky and im fundraising for my daughter Camila to be able to file a new motion in court for her and fight for joint custody 50/50 of her.Im raising these so I can use towards Vasquez Lawfirm here in Raleigh NC.Since August 1st 2023 I have been getting my daughter for almost 9 months now in my care a agreement where her mom me and also her grandparents have to agree on but now lately for the past month of February my daughter has been coming to me with bruises cuts bad diaper rashes.Rashes where she has been sitting on for 4-5 hours.When she is my care I have her on pull up and training underwear for 3 year old as my daughter is 3 years old also my daughter body language has changed she is afraid and everytime I would pick her up she will be in pain down there and would cry when I would change her grandma knows of these situations and has hoped that she would say something to the mother of my daughter or report it but never did I would send her pictures and have conversations with her and the family about these matter and they did nothing so this past tuesday April 16 2024 I made a report with CPS and told of what was going they responded and have took matters into there hands now that the mom and her family have found out I was the one that did this she has now taken her broke the agreement we have had for 9 months now of me being able to have my daughter in my care Thursday Friday one week then the other Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday she talks about she wants to go back to what court had ordered last year and that I would only be able to see my daughter every other Saturday for two hours only.So because I called CPS she wants to go back to court order when things are not convenient for her after 9 months of my daughter being in my care I have videos pictures of every time she is with me around my family. She is happy around me and has learned alot thru me I always make sure I show her good morals and build that trust with me when she potty trains.When she is with mom her mother will always have her in diapers not training underwear or pull ups.So thats why Im worried all the time of where she goes who takes care of my daughter when is not with me she goes from place to place and these babysitters dont attend to her needs at all they wont tell me who watches her or anything. I Love my daughter and ima keep fighting for her whats best interest for her and make sure she is safe.If anyone has any questions or wants to know more please reach out to me for more of the story.
