My name is Rick Albright. On March 11th, I had a terrible accident which required a 911 call and wound up in ICU. I have been in the hospital and skilled nursing facilities until my discharge on May 28th. I am home going through home health care for nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. I have exhausted all my benefits and my FMLA. All of our savings are gone and my monthly bills continue to rise. I am hopeful that I can return to work; however, that may take some time.
