We’re AJ and Todd, reaching out on behalf of our dear friend, Rick. He has faced unimaginable challenges, yet he continues to inspire us every day. We’re asking for your help to ease his journey and provide the financial support he urgently needs.

Rick’s Story

Rick was born with achondroplasia, a form of dwarfism, and about 25 years ago, he suffered a spinal cord injury that left him in a wheelchair. Through it all, Rick’s strength, resilience, and humor have never wavered. Whether you know him from Annapolis, New York, or Conway, SC, you’ve likely experienced firsthand the warmth and kindness that make Rick such an incredible person.

Unfortunately, life has thrown additional obstacles his way—especially when it comes to financial security. Despite his best efforts, Rick has faced repeated difficulties in obtaining Medicaid assistance, making it even harder for him to cover essential daily and medical expenses.

Rick is in urgent need of financial support to maintain his independence and well-being. Our goal is to raise funds to help with:
