We were blown away by the outpouring of love and support from #TeamMcqueary through the t-shirt and sweatshirt sales when Rickey was first diagnosed with cancer. Those proceeds helped Rickey and Christina as they navigated countless chemo treatments in Detroit.

Now, they need us more than ever. This Wednesday, September 10, 2025, Rickey will undergo a major nine-hour surgery in Detroit to remove the cancer. The road ahead will be extremely difficult — Rickey is expected to remain in the hospital for at least two weeks before he can even begin to return home and heal.

Christina will be by his side throughout this entire journey, which means they both will be unable to work for an extended period of time. The financial burden of medical bills, travel, and lost income will be significant.
