Support Rick Steven's ALS Battle

It breaks my heart to have to reach out and ask for help again. As some of you might know, in October my husband Rick Steven’s went in for a couple surgeries and after the first one he developed several complications. What should have been a 5 day stay turned into a 26 day stay. They put a feeding tube in thinking it would be temporary, but that wasn’t the case. Since October he has developed aspirating pneumonia 6 times, and in June we found out he was diagnosed with ALS also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. There is no cure for this disease it is terminal.

We are reaching out because as he progresses with this disease there will be more devices needed, more medications, and more trips to Denver for doctor’s appointments.
