Help Richard and His Child Find a New Home

Sometimes life throws unexpected challenges at good people.

My dear friend, Richard Loster, more commonly in the DJ world know as DJ BadWolfie, has recently learned that the lease on the home he has rented for more than five years will not be renewed. This isn't because he was a bad tenant—in fact, he's has always paid his rent on time. The property management company has decided to remodel the property and increase the rent, leaving Wolfie struggling to find a new place to live.

Anyone who knows Richard knows the kind of man he is. He is a devoted father who puts his child first, a loving partner, and the kind of friend who is always willing to help others without expecting anything in return. Now, he is the one facing an unexpected hardship, and we're asking our community to help him through it.

Moving on such short notice comes with significant expenses. The cost of first month's rent, last month's rent, deposits, and moving costs can quickly become overwhelming, even for someone who has always been responsible and worked hard to provide for their family.
