Seven months after surgery for Lymphatic Cancer and Radiation Treatment, Richard had to have Open Heart Surgery on 2/7/2025.

He has not regained his singing ability and has been unable to work for the last year, while incurring nursing expenses and general maintenance bills. For those of you who have helped already THANK YOU SO MUCH. This heart surgery caught him off guard, not having recovered from the cancer, and unfortunately he needs your help again. Thanks to Honk, Missiles of October, Jack Tempchin, 133 Band, Donavon Frankenreiter and Jackson Browne for playing at the benefit last September. There will now be a second benefit in early October, 2025 with Michael McDonald in Laguna Beach, and this go fund me will help him get to that point. Thanks so much for helping again.
