Help Me Recover After Spinal Surgery for Sciatica Relief

My name is Richard Roman, and I’m reaching out with a humble heart to ask for support during one of the most challenging times in my life. I recently underwent spinal surgery to treat severe sciatica caused by herniated disc, spinal stenosis, etc., and I am now in the recovery phase, facing physical, emotional, and financial hurdles.

What Happened

For about a year and a half, I lived with debilitating pain due to sciatica. It affected my ability to walk, work, and even rest. Daily activities became unbearable, and after exhausting non-surgical treatments like physical therapy, medications, and injections, surgery became the only viable option for relief.

I underwent lumbar discectomy/spinal fusion on July 30th, 2025, which was a major but necessary step toward reclaiming my health.

Why I Need Help

The surgery was successful, but recovery has been tough. I am currently unable to work, move without assistance, or pay for necessary aftercare, and the medical bills are piling up. Expenses include:

Hospital and surgical fees

Physical therapy and follow-up appointments

Medications and mobility aids

Living expenses during my recovery
