Due to his condition, Richard has been unable to work for an extended period. With the possibility of permanent disability, the future remains uncertain and overwhelming for him and his family. His girlfriend, Briana Garcia, has been by his side through it all — managing appointments, navigating insurance approvals, and doing everything she can to support him and care for their children.
