Support Richard Combs in Overcoming Elder Abuse

Please Help Me!

It's very difficult for me to say those 3 words but I'm in a desperate state of need. My entire life I have always been the one to take care of family,friends and basically anyone that has needed a helping hand. Now at 77 years old with several serious health issues I'm facing foreclosure on my home due to a horrible act of ELDER ABUSE that can be legally verified as it went through the court system.

My friend who regularly was my housekeeper/caregiver had a medical issue of her own and had to take time off, I contacted a housekeeping agency. Well here's where the saga starts.....

After approximately 3 months this person from the agency said I need to move out of my apartment and asked if she could stay here for 2 weeks. 2 weeks turned into 18 months of hell. Before I knew it she moved in another women and my home became a safe harbor for SQUATTERS!!!

During this time I was finally able to enter the court system to Evict but the process is very long. It seems SQUATTERS have many rights. The restraining order that was issued to protect me stated they couldn't come within 35' of me. This basically gave them full use of what once was my beautiful home.

Finally came the day that the Sheriff's came and removed them so much damaged had been done. My identity had been stolen, my vehicle had been stolen and my house had been intentionally flooded, now with black mold and I was left in financial ruins. Without naming our favorite insurance company, that by the way I have paid premiums to for 50 years denied the water damage claim.

I can't dig myself out of this situation without your help. I now am in jeopardy of being forced out of my home unless I can pay the mortgage company as well as provide proof the repairs from the intentional flood have been repaired by 7/11/2025 when the foreclosure begins.

Your help would be the lifeline I need and would be so deeply appreciated.

I need my life back so I could be the helpful person I have lived my life to be helping others. I have friends that have been with me for the last week from Arizona trying to help but this is the only way we can ensure that i have a home to continue to live in. This week has been full of many doctors appointments my cardiologist told me I've loss 52 pounds through this ordeal. This is not what I envisioned as my Golden Years.
