My dad, Ricardo T, is currently in the San Diego Otay Detention Center. We are raising funds for the $6,000 in immigration lawyer fees . The immigration judge has decided on deportation however we are filing a federal appeal. My dad was taken the day before Christmas. Spending Christmas alone in the detention center without us, his family. He was at a stoplight where ICE barricaded him in when he was taken. My dad was legally here on a five-year work permit and had even entered into the US legally twice. Please help us fight this injustice; anything helps.
