On Wednesday, June 18th, 2025, Ricardo Sandoval was riding his bike to work when he was struck by a car and had to be taken to Jefferson Hospital for the injuries he sustained. Unfortunately, the driver of the vehicle sped off and has not been found. Ricardo is a wonderful person and an extremely hard-working individual. The quintessential restaurant employee.
