Ricardo "Ishy" Navarro, a loving father of five and cherished friend, has been working at The Olde Ship for the last 20 years, always bringing joy with his warm smile, kind heart, and happy personality.

Despite battling diabetes for over 25 years, he has remained incredibly positive.

After a recent leg amputation, he now faces at least six months out of work. Any and all support will help him through this difficult time.
