My cousin Rian Hall served our country as a US combat army veteran in Afghanistan. Even after being severely injured, he gave two more years of service before being medically retired and honorably discharged. Once he returned home, Rian faced his biggest challenge—fighting his own demons of addiction. Despite his struggles, he persevered and went on to become an advocate to help and sponsor others going through the same, helping them find hope and a way forward. Rian’s energy always lit up a room, and there was never a stranger among him. He would go without to make sure his friends and family did not.
On March 2, 2026, only a week after his 38th birthday, Rian passed away unexpectedly, leaving his family devastated. Rian touched many lives in his short time on earth, and countless people have made amazing memories with him. I am starting this fundraiser to help his family through this emotionally heavy time with life and funeral expenses. All proceeds will go to funeral costs and other immediate needs for Rian’s family during this difficult time.
Anything at all to help ease the burden of having to bury a son and brother would mean so much. Your support will help Rian’s family honor his memory and get through this heavy time. Thank you for considering a donation and for keeping Rian’s loved ones in your thoughts.
