Hello, I am creating this "Go Fund Me"page to help my sister, Rhona (Ronni) Epstein.

Growing up with Rhona, was always a competition for accomplishment, and honestly, she won out.

She was an exceptionally smart kid and as a result, skipped a grade in school.

My sister was always a go-getter. She loved to be in the center of things. When she was studying at the University in Buffalo New York, she had her own local radio show where she entertained by playing the guitar and singing. She took flying lessons, got her license, and flew small planes for a hobby.

She was a wonderful tennis player and played for years when she lived in Florida.

However, her career was where she truly shined! She became the first woman Director of a major non profit organization, first in Florida, and then in Nevada.She traveled overseas and throughout the U.S. lecturing and raising money to help disadvantaged people.

She finished her career by working to help find a cure for Crohn's disease.

And then, a most devasting disease hit my sister. She was diagnosed with Dementia/Alzeimer's disease. It started about 10 years ago, and as you know, there is no cure. You watch your loved one start to deteriorate before your eyes. And a woman, who was so intelligent, so vibrant and full of energy, is no more. She becomes a shell of herself, not aware of what has happened to her.

My brother-in-law and nephew have been taking care of her alone all this time, and now it has reached a point that their situation is untenable without getting much needed help.

They are in desperate need of a caregiver to come to their home to give my sister the advanced care that is mandatory at this time.
