A Great Rhode Island Institution Needs Your Help

The Rhode Island Computer Museum is more than just a collection of old computers—it’s a living story of human innovation. For the past two years, our Warwick location was a vibrant hub where kids and adults alike could explore the technology that shaped our world. We hosted hands-on workshops, STEAM programs, and countless curious visitors who discovered the incredible "human adventure" right here in Rhode Island.

But now our lease has ended, and we have to move. This is a real setback. We've found a great new home in North Kingstown, but getting it ready will be a monumental task. The cost of renovating the new space and moving our entire collection is an estimated $30,000—a huge sum for a small, volunteer-run nonprofit with no major financial backers.

This is where we need your help. We can’t do this alone. Your donation, no matter the size, will have a direct impact. Every dollar helps us build a great new home where we will continue to inspire future generations of innovators, engineers, and dreamers.

The Rhode Island Computer Museum (RICM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so your contribution is tax-deductible. If you're unable to donate, please share this fundraiser with friends and family. Your support is crucial to our success.

Thank you for being part of our story
