Hello friends and family,

My name is Reymond Emmanuel Ramirez, and I’ve been called to serve a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Beginning November 10th, 2025, I will dedicate the next two years of my life to serving the Lord, sharing the message of Jesus Christ, and bringing hope to individuals and families.

Serving a mission wasn’t always part of my plan. I grew up in the Church, but around the age of 12, I stopped going, and for years I walked a very different path. I turned to drinking, drugs, and choices that pulled me further and further away from God.

Everything changed just before I turned 18. I was in a serious motorcycle accident that left me with multiple injuries — a broken leg, torn intestines, a collapsed lung, and permanent nerve damage in my foot. I’m simply grateful to still be alive and able to walk.

After the accident, the missionaries began knocking on my door — often and persistently. Looking back, I know it was Heavenly Father reaching out to me through them. Over time, I let go of unhealthy habits and began to rebuild my life on faith in Jesus Christ. My relationship with my Savior and my Heavenly Father is still a work in progress, but it’s real — and I am deeply grateful for it.

One night in prayer, I told God I would one day be wealthy. But then I asked how I could help the most people in the shortest amount of time. Later that night, I read Jacob 2:18–19 in the Book of Mormon, which teaches us to “seek ye first the kingdom of God” before riches, and that wealth should be sought only to bless others — to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, relieve the suffering, and serve the Lord. That scripture pierced my heart, and I knew then that I needed to serve a mission.

Missions are self-funded, and the cost is about $12,000 for the full two years. I’m working hard to cover as much as I can, but I would be humbled and grateful for any help in reaching this goal. These funds will go directly toward my mission expenses — housing, food, travel, and daily needs as I serve.

I know that God has preserved my life for a purpose. I want to spend these next two years giving back to Him by serving His children and sharing the hope and peace I have found.

If you feel prompted, I would be honored by your support. No donation is too small, and even if you are unable to give financially, I would love and welcome your prayers — they will be needed and deeply appreciated.

Thank you for helping make this mission possible.

With gratitude and faith,
Reymond Emmanuel Ramirez
