Hello, my name is Cali Burnett. If you don’t know my story, I’ve faced an incredible challenge over this past year. After having unexplained headaches for several months, doctors ultimately found a benign tumor in my brain. Fortunately, I live in an area with the best medical teams in the world. Since this past June I’ve undergone three brain surgeries to remove the tumor as it kept growing back. This experience changed my life in ways I never imagined, and it gave me a deep appreciation for the care and support I received during my time at Boston Children’s Hospital. Now, I want to give back. I’m raising money to support 8 Mandel, the floor where I spent so much time, to help fund new research and provide resources for children who are fighting their own battles. These donations will make a real difference by: • Advancing research to find better treatments and cures for pediatric brain conditions. • Improving quality of life for kids and families who have to live in the hospital for long periods, helping them feel more comfortable and supported.
