Hi there! You may know me as Repzion on YouTube. I retired as a 'full-time' content creator in 2023 and went back to the 9-to-5 life, working in commercial driving. That said, I stream once a week and was requested to watch and provide commentary over Onision's video, "Enough is Enough." I received a YouTube copyright strike on my video by Onision himself, to which I counter-filed, something I've done many times over the years to get the video restored, as it falls under fair use. My entire livestream was over 2 hrs long, covering multiple subjects, and I only watched about 5 minutes of his 10-minute livestream while I provided social commentary consistently throughout.

After I counter-filed the video to get it restored, he denied it and then filed legal proceedings (pro se), wanting up to $5,000 for copyright infringement. All in all, I don't want to be dealing with this, but he's taken it to a new level I've never experienced before. My video clearly falls under fair use, and I will be using my lawyer to fight this in court. Due to him representing himself, something I'm NOT willing to do, I need to pay my lawyer to deal with this case, which is why I made this GoFundMe.

Last time, he tried taking me to court for an anti-harassment order, only for him to dismiss it due to it not being financially worth it and me not fitting the requirements because I've never harassed him, only publicly commented on things he has posted online himself. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If Onision ends up dropping this issue before it reaches the courtroom or I pay my lawyer and they give me money back from non-used funds, I will refund everyone who contributes
