Hi there, this is my horse Reno. I got Reno a little over 2 years ago as a wedding gift from my grandmother. My grandma and I were very close, and she loved my love for horses. She was always supportive of me and my passion, always taking me to lessons and coming to every horse show she could. My grandmother sadly passed away 8 months after I got Reno.

Reno has sarcoids. He started with just one, but with time, he now has around 50. I took Reno to Del Oeste, and they referred us to OSU to have two removed and tested. I have tried several topical treatments and some oral treatments; however, so far, nothing is working well enough. Now, our last option is to do Torigen. This is a company that will take a sample of a sarcoid from him and use it to create a custom treatment to target and fight them off. This is quite expensive, which is why I am trying to raise money. I have already booked the appointment for this process to be started on 11/3. If you know me, you know that I don’t like asking for help, but this horse means so much to me, and I know my grandma would have wanted me to keep fighting for Reno.
