Hi, my name is Renee Berrones, and I’m reaching out for help as I work toward completing my bariatric surgery journey. This surgery represents a major turning point for me — not just for my health, but for my quality of life and future.

Because of my pre-existing medical conditions, my process has taken longer and required additional medical steps, which have added unexpected costs. I’ve come a long way and covered as much as I can on my own, but I’m now needing a little extra help to make it across the finish line.

I’m hoping to raise enough funds to cover:

* $1,230 toward my remaining surgery fees

* Any additional funds would go toward recovery costs, as I’ll be out of work for several weeks and only receiving about 60% of my normal income during that time
