Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Hearts,

I am reaching out during an incredibly challenging time for our beloved Appalachian Homestead in North Carolina. Recently, we were struck by a devastating hurricane that has left our beautiful mountains and cherished homes in ruins. The aftermath has been catastrophic, with entire families displaced, infrastructures destroyed, and livelihoods obliterated.

**The Impact:**

- Roads are unpassable, cutting off access to essential services for many.

- Homes have been flooded or completely destroyed, leaving many without shelter.

- Property damages beyond imagination with water systems washed out completely.

The Landslides are needing retaining walls to keep 2 homes from sliding off.

**My Goal:**

I strive to raise **$10,000** to provide immediate relief for food, shelter, and basics, and to kickstart the long and arduous rebuilding process. Every dollar will go directly to the items and equipment in need as it's going to be a long rebuilding process.
