This is my dog Remmie. He turned 11 in November 2026. I have other animals, but he is the only animal that I intended to get. All of my other animals found me. I have had him since he was six weeks old. Two years ago, he had a bladder and urethra full of crystals and had to have surgery. Within the last 2 months, I’ve noticed he had some urinary inconsistency meaning he would dribble often when he walks so I took him to the vet and we just thought it was because he was getting older so they gave him some medicine to help him be able to control his bladder. That did not work. He’s been off his medicine for about a month now and now when he goes outside, he is peeing a lot but instead of a steady stream it’s just dribbling which means he’s probably trying to pass Crystals. I never knew Dogs could get crystals until he got them. I know cats can. I already know his Vet bill is going to be over $4000 and I have some to go to his vet bill. This is going to be considered an emergency. His regular vet is aware that I’m trying to raise money, but I have to raise the money before I can take him back. Every little bit counts. Even though my dog is 11. He still has so much life left in him. He loves to play, take short walks and loves belly rubs. He loves everyone he meets.I greatly appreciate any amount you can help with thank you for taking the time to read this. It is 2 AM and I just walked Remmie and he does have blood in his urine.
