Hello Friends and Folk Enthusiasts,
I'm Mike an acoustic, singer-songwriter from Pittsburgh, PA. I'm asking for your support on my next release of original songs titled, 'Backyard Harvest EP'.
EP themes include: Embracing nature, finding places of belonging, personal ruminations on love and the value of our dreams.
My Story:
I've been writing new music! I wrote a batch of tunes in my garage and I'm set on recording them; come hell or high water.
Currently, I'm rehearsing and performing the songs with my friend Jake (IG: @goodtimeharry) on pedal steel guitar.
We have plans to drive out to DIMM Studios (Freehold, NJ) this October 16th through 18th, to record the 'Backyard Harvest EP' with the help of Rob Chiarappa (credits: Phantom Planet, The Story So Far, The Stolen).
We're asking for any amount that you'd like to donate toward this effort - and your contribution will go directly toward travel, lodging, recording hours, mastering expertise (Garrett Haines at Treelady Studios) and a music video shot by Corey Fisher (SoundCanvas Studios) for the lead single!
Reliable Child Milestones:

In Closing:
After writing and recording original music for 10+ years, this is my first effort at crowd funding my art. Every contribution means the world to me, and encourages the pursuit of future opportunities. Even if you are unable to donate, you can still support this cause by spreading the word with your friends who care about supporting the arts in our Greater Pittsburgh community.
Peace, Love and Happiness,
Reliable Child
