Dear Friends,
It is with the heaviest of hearts we inform you of the loss of Reinaldo Batista da Silva. Reinaldo was a kind-hearted, hard-working man whose positivity will be sorely missed. He was a caring father, a beloved husband, an attentive friend, and an outstanding community member.
He is survived by his sweet wife, Denise, who is a homemaker, and his bright son, Reinaldo Jr., who is attending college at Sacramento State.
When the unthinkable happens, it is us, the community members, friends, and family who are left to pick up the pieces. On 3/15/2019, while at work, Reinaldo went into cardiac arrest and passed away at the young age of 47.
His wife and son are under tremendous emotional pressure and grief. He was the primary breadwinner of the family. We want to stand together with this wonderful family and pave the way for a smooth transition during this unfortunate phase of their life.
We, friends of Reinaldo, are organizing this campaign on behalf of his wife and son.
This go-fund me campaign is to raise funds to help:
1. Support the cost of his funeral.
2. Manage living expenses for the next 4 months while the family grieves.
3. Secure funds for his son's current college education.
4. Handle local expenses and rent.
All the funds that are collected in this campaign will be directly deposited into his wife, Denise and son's bank account.
With high hopes, we sincerely request you support this campaign. The loss of Reinaldo can neither be compensated nor his family’s grief can be taken away. However, we all can make a big difference in their lives by contributing toward this campaign that will provide them with the support they desperately need.
