My name is Sarah and my sweet cousin Regina Kanne passed away unexpectedly on August 16, 2025. She started off with a blood clot in her lungs and was in the surgical ICU for a week before we lost her. The family is devastated and nobody was prepared for this to happen to our sweet Gina. She was only 39 and a week shy of her 40th birthday.
