This fundraiser is for my niece, Regan, who was diagnosed with Leukemia just under a year ago. My brother and wife have 4 children so making life work with all of the kids, the traveling, medical bills, and time off work, has taken a toll. Please find it in your heart to donate. If you can't, please share.
See their story below.
Our sweet 5-year-old daughter, Regan, is the light of our lives. She’s shy at first, but once she warms up, she’s a wild, sassy, and incredibly smart little girl. She loves Disney princesses, playing with her siblings, and keeping us all on our toes with her witty personality.
On Halloween 2024, our lives changed in an instant when Regan was diagnosed with childhood leukemia. We spent a month in the hospital right away, and since then, we’ve had countless clinic visits, treatments, and several more hospital stays. This journey has been overwhelming, both emotionally and financially.
We are so thankful to have good health insurance, but the truth is—insurance doesn’t cover everything. Between medical bills, travel expenses, and the loss of income when we’ve had to take time off work, the financial burden has grown heavier than we can carry alone. Nathan had to take about 2.5 months off to be by Regan’s side during the most critical phase of her treatment, while I continued working to maintain our insurance.
We never imagined creating a GoFundMe. It felt wrong to ask for help. But this is no longer about pride—it’s about making sure we can focus on Regan’s health and keeping our family afloat during the hardest chapter of our lives. Any amount given will go directly toward Regan’s care and our family’s needs during this time.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for reading, sharing, and supporting Regan in her fight against leukemia. Your kindness means more than words can say.
