Support Refugees in Ionnina

Bakesales and Blooms for Refugee support Europe

We will be traveling to Northern Greece this December to volunteer at Katiskas and Doliana Refugee Camp.  There we will be assisting in the distribution of food and clothing, but we also aim to raise crucial funds to assist the camps. Please help us achieve this goal. 

Everyday refugees are forced to live in heavily under-resourced camps.  In Greece, the situation is becoming increasingly strained, with one camp receiving 500 new arrivals this October and costs continuing to rise.
By donating even a small amount you are able to help support the running of the camp and in providing food, clothing and other resources. This is known to improve both their mental and physical health.  The resources will also be sourced locally to support the local Greek economy and help establish positive relations between the new arrivals and the community.

No donation is too small. 



We will also be holding bake sales to raise further funds at:

- Thursday 18th October, 12pm - 3pm @ University of Technology, Tower Building Concourse
- Monday 22nd October, 10 am - 4pm @ University of Sydney, Law Lawns
