The REEC Pipeline Initiatives are activities REEC has developed to build a larger pool of talent interested in careers in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. These initiatives include sessions in high schools, the REEX Summer Program CRE Intensive, webinars and on campus learning sessions, and case competitions.
