Red has a fast-growing benign tumor (about 50 mm in diameter) that’s starting to impact his mobility. On top of that, he has a dead tooth that’s causing him significant jaw pain. It’s gotten to the point where he struggles to chew, can’t enjoy his favorite treats, and I’ve had to limit what he eats because it hurts him too much.
Even though the tumor isn’t cancerous, its size and growth rate mean that delaying treatment will only make things worse and more painful for him. Removing both the tumor and the dead tooth will give him the comfort, mobility, and quality of life he deserves.
The estimated cost for his surgery is $1,922.60. (see photos)
I’ve been doing everything I can for Red and my other pets, but this year has been incredibly difficult. I was laid off and my kitten needed an emergency surgery, which I am still paying off. Because of the long stretch of unemployment and debt from that emergency, I can’t afford Red’s procedure on my own.
Red is the happiest big red dog you’ll ever meet, and seeing him in pain has been heartbreaking. Any help, donations, shares, or simply kind words means more than I can express.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for helping Red get the care he needs. ❤️
