Redeemer’s Herd and Rescue is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering veterans and first responders through the healing power of horsemanship. We provide a peaceful sanctuary where these heroes can find solace, emotional restoration, and renewed purpose through meaningful connections with our gentle equine partners.

Our programs are designed to address trauma, stress, and the challenges of reintegration, offering a supportive community where participants can heal, grow, and rediscover their strength. Through hands-on horsemanship and relationship-building with the horses, we foster confidence, trust, and personal transformation.

Our Founder, Traci Piper, is a dedicated mother, accomplished horsewoman, and passionate advocate for veterans and first responders. Growing up with a military father and a family in law enforcement, she developed a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by those who serve our country.

The volunteers in our organization are all current, retired, or spouses of first responders and veterans who understand the toll that these callings can have on an individual's health and well-being.

The funds raised will go directly toward essential needs, including new fencing materials, tack, and the ongoing upkeep and care of our horses. Your support allows us to maintain a safe environment, properly equip our programs, and continue offering sessions at no cost to those who have given so much. Every donation—large or small—helps us bring hope, healing, and purpose back into the lives of veterans and first responders.
