Support Recovery for Those Affected by Disaster

Hi, Im Cristy and im raising money for my cousins. Gina and Elmer, are people that have often given their time and money to others in need. They currently live in the Asheville, NC area, where Hurricane Helene devastated most of the community infrastructure. Most residents have no running water or electricity, and they are expected to be without running water for weeks. When the storm struck, residents suffered an extreme shortage of basic necessities. Stores and gas stations could only accept cash and so it has not been easy to buy supplies. Many are still missing in the area, and some are isolated because roads were literally swept away in many places. Thankfully, we were able to coordinate efforts with some folks to get some gas cans to them with enough gas to get them out of the area and to get some supplies, but it is going to be a long road ahead. If you can give to help them with some of the cost of being displaced and the associated costs that come with that, it would be a huge blessing.
