Support Recovery for Car Crash Survivors

On June 24th, my fiancé and I were involved in a catastrophic car crash, totaling my only transportation to and from anywhere. The car crash has left us both in the hospital. Myself with a concussion and brain bleed, a severely broken leg and arm. My arm was surgically fixed using plates and screws, and my leg had an external fixation bar screwed to the top of my leg to temporarily hold the bones in place and together when we arrived at the hospital. Yesterday, I had surgery to remove the external fixation bar and place the rods and screws in my leg. I have already started physical therapy in the hospital, but upon my release, I will be going to a rehab facility.
My fiancé suffered right arm and leg breaks, a large laceration on the right side of his face. His leg has been fixed with the rod and screws. After his surgery and in his hospital room bathroom, he suffered a cardiac arrest and was brought back by CPR. He has been put on a ventilator and is under some pretty heavy sedation and in a paralytic state. They have since found some kidney issues, which has resulted in a continuous dialysis machine for the next 24 hours or so. Hopefully, the next time I update, I will have some good news. Regardless of my fiancé's and my conditions, we still need to maintain a house and pay bills. These hospital bills are depleting any money we had and we still have household bills coming in. I am looking for any help we can get until I'm at least back on my feet and walking again.
