Support Recovery and Stability After Job Loss and Illness

I lost my job in December. Worked remotely and couldn’t find a job in area that paid enough for me to cover mortgage so i rented house out and moved to Oregon to find employment. Everything was fine until I caught pnemomia and couldn’t work or apply for unemployment for 2 months. Now I am behind on mortgage (carrying lease and mortgage) and bank is trying to foreclose. I have gotten a deal made with lender and can get resolved with a one time payment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
